Important

I want to make very clear I am Not a psychologist nor make any pretence to having any medical qualification in regard to "Fixing" psychological damage. Living with the damage done by "bad data" can be a life time long  event, but for most of us its not and we can do things that will help.  For the more severe effects of "bad data" that end up with psychiatric  problems one should seek professional psychological help. At a lesser  level there plethora of self help books some better than others. The  only one I have tried and have found helpful is: Reinventing Your Life  by J. E. Young PhD., and J. S. Klosko PhD. However for most of us that  don't cross the line of being psychologically ill I offer my own initial suggestion.
I only offer simple "self help" tools with which I hope will aid ones understanding of who we are, and why we are who we are. Building on that information, help one to have a real sense of oneself as being a beautiful wonderful person. That is not to say that because these "self-help tools are simple, that they are not VERY effective. I have found that through understanding we can change the perspective of how we see ourselves and how we view the world we live in. I have a lot of ideas and tools which I will in time be posting on this page.
What can we do about it
