Happiness

Happiness can only be experienced in the moment that is now; we can remember it in the past and look froward to it in the future but we can only experience it in the present moment Live in the now.

My mother always tell me to focus in the present, and because of your post, I now understand why. To be honest, my perception with regards to this matter, is that we can always feel happiness. That is true, but I also agree with what you said. Of course, we cannot feel what we felt in the past. We also cannot feel what we can possibly feel in the future. The only feeling that we can honestly feel, are the feelings that we feel right at this moment. In the present. I am really glad that I am able to understand this one.
